About this course 

This e‑learning course is about you and your role in HSE work. HSE stands for health, environment, and safety, and it is about creating a safe workplace for everyone. 

For at HMS-arbeidet skal fungere i praksis, må alle ansatte vite hva det handler om – ikke bare ledere eller verneombud. Det er summen av mange små handlinger i hverdagen som avgjør hvor trygt og godt vi har det på jobb. Som ansatt har du ikke bare muligheten til å bidra – du har faktisk en juridisk plikt til å medvirke i HMS-arbeidet.  

I løpet av e-læringen skal vi se på hva HMS betyr i praksis, hvorfor det er viktig, og hvordan det påvirker både din arbeidshverdag og din fritid. Vi går også inn på det grunnleggende i HMS-lovverket og hva som kreves av både deg og arbeidsgiveren din.
